A company wide safety committee is a great step forward in achieving an improved safety culture. The safety committee
will give employees an opportunity to bring concerns to their peers who will in turn share them with the committee. The committee will have the attention of uppermanagment, thereby completing the circle of communication so important in any successful business activity.
